Our Policies

Appointment Policy

We respect your time and strive to complete your appointment within the allotted time. In return, we ask that our clients do the same. Please arrive to your appointment on time. Being late limits the time we have to complete treatment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. All reschedules/cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will incur a fee of $50. All no-shows will incur a fee of $100.

After three no-shows/late cancellations, clients will be obligated to pre-pay all future appointments. The prepaid amount will be the price of the service or average price of the service and is non-refundable if the cancellation/no-show policy is violated.

At Opal, we respect your time limitations and appreciate that our clients do the same for us. We intentionally book appointments well in advance so that clients have sufficient flexibility. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy

All services, products, and gift certificates are non-refundable.

Results vary and although we strive to achieve each clients' goals, we cannot guarantee results. Additional services may be needed to achieve all desired results.

Children Policy

In order to effectively treat clients in a relaxing environment, we ask that you arrange childcare for your children during your appointment.
